Offshore Survival Course (OSSC)
This course is the minimum requirement for any person intending to work in the offshore
industry. Offshore survival training comprises a basic introduction to the offshore
industry, safety, working procedures and basic legislation.
The training covers all aspects of the
Offshore Survival Course, including practical
water survival and under water helicopter escape training (HUET). The course includes
basic fire fighting and first aid awareness.
The course is presented in Cape Town, South Africa.
